La Center Church is elder-led. Our elders consist of qualified laymen along with the pastors. The elders are a team of shepherds, working hand in hand with the pastors to care for and lead the congregation.

Michael Kirkman
Senior Pastor
Pastor Michael Kirkman began his ministry at La Center Church in 2010. He brings over 40 years of experience and leadership, having served in pastoral leadership in four churches and as the Executive Director of Central Oregon Youth for Christ. He is married to Carol and they have three grown children, all serving our Lord in their local churches.
After completing fourteen years of ministry at La Center Pastor Kirkman will retire at the end of August 2024.

Andrew Cooper
Pastor of Ministry
Andrew has been serving La Center Church since 2021, starting out on the worship team. He currently leads our worship team, youth ministry, and is director of Kidztown preschool. With over 7 years of youth director experience and 20 years in church ministry he loves people and sharing the love and words of Christ. He's a nerd through and through and is down to discuss topics ranging from biblical history to Dungeons & Dragons to Korean pop music.
JASARA FICH
Administator
Jasara began attending La Center Church in 2011 and joined the staff in 2014. She manages the church office and sees to the daily running of the church. She is also manages the church website, app, and live stream services.
