General Market info

For Vendors

The market will open at 4pm and the parking lot will be closed to vehicle traffic from 4-7pm. When coming to set up, we encourage you to drop off everything for your booth then move your vehicle before setting up. By doing this we hope to avoid traffic jams in the parking lot while all of our vendors set up. If you are new to the market we have a map of the area pointing out some parking areas close to the church. (scroll down for map)

You are welcome to begin setting up as early as 2pm. The church office is open during the day on Thursdays and you are welcome to drop off big items such as tents and tables earlier if you like. The church also has tables and chairs that can be borrowed, to save you from having to bring your own. The church’s tables will be on a first come first served basis, but we have a lot so there are plenty to go around. The market is staffed by volunteers and we can not guarantee that we will have extra hands available to carry tables in and out of the building each week. Canopy tents are recommended to provide shade for you and your products. Please bring weights to hold your tents. The evening can be breezy at times and unweighted tents may lift off of the ground. If you do have store bought tent weights, some easy alternatives are sand bags or gallon jugs of water that can be attached to the tent legs. If you are part of our farm co-op, the tent will already be set up and we will have a 4 foot table and folding chair for you to use.

The building has Wi-Fi which you will be able to use. When you arrive, check in with church staff we will let you know how to connect to our secure network.

In the event of extreme temperatures we will close the market. Less people come out to the market, it is uncomfortable for vendors, and can damage products. In the event of closure due to weather, you will be credited or refunded your space fee for that day.

Our big white tent will be set up in the lawn providing seating and shade. We will again have live music each week. Indoor restrooms are available. Our goal for this market is to be a place where the community can gather and spend time together.

Last year the Farmer's Market was able to donate $2700 to The Loft Teen Center. With this and other donations, The Loft was able to expand it's program and over 80 teens participated this school year! We will again be donating the market's net profit to The Loft to help continue this program and reach even more teens in the community next school year.

We look forward to opening the market soon and getting a chance to get to know you and your business better!
